Emergency flasher will not stay on 2007 cobalt

The switch may be bad, and in need of changing. if you can find one at a junkyard for your year of car. it will be much cheaper then the dealer.

Having problem with signal lights. Is there a fuse box or panel in the 2007 Cobalt? If so, where is it located?

Hi, look in the owner's manual starting at page 380 for fuse panels, however if the signals are not working the problem is usually with the body control module or the switch on the wand. There is no fuse for the turn signals. There is no flasher either, as all signal functions are integrated into the BCM.
I see a BCM on ebay for $75 here:

Make sure your switch is good before buying a BCM. Let me know symptoms if you want diagnosis.

2005 chevy cobalt lt 2.2 L4, no power to fuel pump. Replaced the fuel pump itself then realized that the fuel pump is not getting any power. Not sure what to try next.

if im correct there should be a red wire on the drivers side of the firewall not connected to anything. take a jumper wire to the positive side of the batt. and connect it to the red wire. if you can hear the fuel pump, there is a short somewhere. it could be as simple as the inertia switch or emergency shut-off switch. check the fuel pump relay too

2007 Dodge Caliber

The emergency shut-off, fuel reset, inertia switch - all referring to the same thing - is almost universally located in the back right corner of the vehicle.

In the case of a sedan, pull back the trunk liner to access the switch.

In a wagon, the reset/shutoff switch is behind an access panel on the right hand side of the cargo / kid area.

Recessed into the top of the switch is a red button - when it is tripped, you'll be able to push down on it and it'll click back into the on position.

Won't start or crank after wreck.

this is probably a safety. no explosion, shut down. check to make sure no wires were cut/damaged and look in the trunk for an emergency shut off. there might also be a shut down relay onboard. if there is it's under the hood in the relay box.
