Difficult to tell as it is fuzzy. It looks like headphone socket with a red signal LED. do you have a manual for the vehicle. If not, give me the year, and I'll see if I can find one.

I think it had a button connected to the back to help bypass the security. But I am not sure? need help to figure it out and order a new one

clod hot bend door actuator is behind blower motor housing. Outside of housing, not inside blower case..two 7 mm screws hold it in.. be careful not to damage blend door shaft. its plastic..

I need to replace the windshield washer pump. i think it is located near the bottom of the washer fluid tank. i cannot see it from the top. can anyone tell me what i have to remove to get to it?

pull the washer reservoir out. the black insert in the bottom which has a tube and two wires coming out of it is the pump. a dealer parts guy can tell you if it can be replaced. if so get a new pump at a patrs store, they are all pretty much the same.

I assume you've checked the tranny fluid level? If so check the vacuum lines on the tranny, I had one come off and it would not shift properly.
