Go to Video format settings and change it (NTSC) to PAL
and it depends on your device model number if it's support both NTSC and PAL or not
you can check the model number online.

radio codes are part of your anti theft system your dealer will be able to give you the code if you notify them [drive in because they need you to show proof of ownership] they can look up your code most dont charge you for the code but it you have them do the reset they sometimes then charge you a small fee----your owners manual shows how to reset a radio with your code when you recieve it
I am assuming that you have a series 80 diesel engine and that it has run for about 100,000 kms hence the warning light and the changing of the timing belt. Based on the instructions of its repair manual you need to "remove the
grommet off from the speedometer and turn off the lamp by pushing the
warning light reset switch, then replace the grommet." Alternately, you can try to reset the entire computer of the vehicle by removing the battery cables for a couple of minutes. Pls note that some car radios/head units would revert to security default (ask for a code) when power is completely removed.
