I have a 2002 dodge caravan and it stalls out everytime I put it into reverse, I then put it into neutral then start it and drive it off, what's my issue?

I would suggest looking at the idle control sensor: the load out on the engine while in reverse and under braking may be too much to keep the weak sensor from managing the throttle properly.

SOURCE: Everytime I put my car i park it goes into reverse.

It sounds like you have a damaged shifter cable.It is an adjustable cable but if it is that far out of adjustment then it is probably damaged. Replace it.

check serpentine belt tenssioner

if what your feeling is not an engine miss,
then it will be a motor mount,best chances are the front center one,,
or top trans mount

check the motor motor mounts for movement,
watch how far engine rocks forward or back with it running and foot on brake
