I have replaced the the Thermostat on my Chrysler 300 with the 5.7 Hemi Engine. It still over heats. Is there more than one thermostat on thi engine?

You didn't state when it overheats, if it is while driving the fault can be : belt driving water pump slipping , lower radiator hose collapsing, most common is clogged radiator. Start the engine with the radiator cap off when it is COLD and observe the flow in side. If you see really fast flow of coolant you have the bottom portion of the radiator stopped up. The only way to know is to remove the radiator and have it flow tested.
A blown head gasket or cracked head will cause steam to come out of the exhaust, water in the oil (milky). If it is running hot while idling , check fan to see if it is turning as it should when it should. Older cars have fan clutches that go bad, newer ones have temp thermostats that go bad.

After fueling my 2006 Chrsler 300 C Hemi it sputters and dies

most likely problem is a bad fuel pump. Filters can be in tank or anywhere from the tank to the engine compartment depending on manufacturer and model. You put in new filters when you put in a new pump. UNLESS YOU ARE REAL HANDY AND HAVE THE TOOLS and a manual, fuel pressure tester etc, leave this to a real mechanic. Some tanks have to be drained and dropped , some have access panels in the top under the back seat.

I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 with water in fuel

I would replace the filter and then add about two ounces of methyl hydrate to the tank, just to be safe.Gas line deicer has either methyl hydrate or isopropyl alcohol in it,either is okay.

How difficult to replace the water outlet extension on 2006 v6

most are easy enough to grasp with pliers and squeeze clamps and remove hose. THe oulet can be repaired with silocone or JB underwater weld. Radiator has it's own one piece built in, same with water pump

Replace fuel filter

The filter is part of the fuel pump assemblely and is in the tank. It is not a serviceable part by itself.
