The charger pad in 2016 Optima seems to have stopped charging.

Check fuses and relays. It could also be the switch unit or even the wiring where it goes from door to the body.

check the wiper fuse first and possibly change wiper motor

this appears to be a fancy car battery charger, some of them can't "see" an
optima battery because it's internal resistance is too low. they do make chargers that will charge the optima

Your battery may be weak, or becoming dead celled!! Replace it with a new one and if the problem persists, replace the alternator!

Check the fuse for the socket and check to see if the charger works in a different vehicle. The chargers will also have a fuse inside them that can go bad. If the fuse isn't burnt out for the socket and the charger doesn't work in another car than its probably the fuse in the charger.

A few hunderd possible causes - sticking pistons, frozen slide pins, loose pads, worn pads, offset/loose/missing bolts - caliper, worn hub bearing, defective master cylinder, malfunction in the master cylinder vacuum boost bellows. Anybody's guess
