What is a egk on a 1999 hevolet blazer rhey wont inspect it with that egk not working

You mean EGR?? It's right in front of the engine on top,next to the thermostat.

Is the check engine light still on? Does your state inspect cars using on board diagnostics?

nope wont work big difference 94 OBD 1 type and 1999 OBD 2 type transmission.electronics differents.

Try turning the steering wheel back and forth like a giggle while turning the igintion by hand.Iunderstand the wheel wont turn but it will a little each way.If this doesn't work take the lower piece of the colume of to get access to igintion.Hope this helps.

Check the actuator under the battery. make sure that it's working and pulling on the cable to lock the front hub. If it is and the front wheels are not locking then the clip at the front pumpkin (differential) may be broken or the fork that engages the axle. If everything looks good and the actuator is not working, inspect the vacuum line to the 4wd vacuum switch on top of the transfer case (drivers side) and then work your way to the vacuum line to the engine compartment. There is a T vacuum line by the ABS unit on the drivers side and inspect the lines there and the vacuum canister in the fender. Good luck and keep me posted and hope it's a simple vacuum line that went bad and not the front pumpkin.

Find a good shop and see if the parking brake ratchet assy is broke. This is common on chevy.. TY

ekg value is easy just to bolts and a gasket pluse the vacum line.

its leaking all the time,call a mobile mechanic to have a look its most likely a split hose but where??need on site inspection

I have the answer, buy a new truck.
