hello, hope this helps ya out...
1. remove th steering wheel retaining nut and remove the steering wheel.
2. remove lock plate cover with a couple of screwdrivers
3. push in lock ring enough to remove ring retainers.
4. remove lock plate
5. take off the retaining screws to remove the turn signal lever.
6. loosen and remove screws ro the hazard switch(3 i think)
7. remove trim panel under the steering wheel and locate the wire harness connected to the switch.
8. remove retaining bracket nuts and bolts on steering column and lower the bracket.
9. then you are able to remove the wire harness and switch.(you may want to tie a string or wire so that you can feed the wires back thru easier when installing the new one)
Install is the reverse of this. Please rate my answer so I know if I was of any help to you, good luck!!

I have a 2002 Ford F-150 v8 triton I replaced the wiper motor twice the wipers working back words will not stop when down they stop up on the windshield I have done everything could be the wiring

Have you lined up the wipers properly on the windshield? There’s a small black line on the windshield that helps you to line up the wiper arms when you reinstall them on the drive spurs. That may be the issue. If you’ve changed the wiper motor and not messed with the wiper transmission, the timing could be off. If the wiper motor is slotted into the wiper transmission, it may be clocked 180 degrees off, giving you the issue.

95 olds ciera wipers don't turn off during a normal cycle. stops when key is turned off and then turn back on

You will most likely need a new, or a good used wiper motor.
This fault is common on cars, and with some models, almost guaranteed to happen.
If you have no option to buy one, Amazon or e-bay might help you.
Replacement might be a little expensive, depending on where you take it.
Know that on some cars, replacing that motor can be something you cannot do yourself.
God bless your efforts.

The intermittent function for the wipers has a variable resistor that controls the timing of the wipers in this mode. Replacement of the wiper switch will resolve this issue. Over time they do become worn, and do not make contact during the entire wiper cycle.
