Here you will find fuse box diagrams of Mazda 6 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, get information about the location of the fuse panels inside the car, and ...
Its most likely the strapping in your steering wheel which can partially can brake. I have the same. It's located under the airbag. Connects all control that are within the steering wheel.
""Make sure you disconnect the battery before working around the airbag.""
it is positioned in the very centre of the dash board, behind the radio/Air con unit, it is bolted to the floor, you will need to remove the dash board and possibly the air con unit to access. once the module and air bags have been replaced it shouldnt need anything else.
If your refering to the light on top of the dash that says "psgr air bag not connected" here;s the deal.
The module is activated when someone sits in the seat. Turn the key on and the notification will light. Go around to the psgr side of the car and sit in the seat and the light should go out.
