VCS Off light and VCS light and check engine light on

OK, because the check engine light is on you need to get this looked at as soon as you can. VSC stands for 'Vehicle Stability Control'. It is a safety system that works through your Brakes so Get It Repaired to be safe driving!!
VSC is designed to help control your vehicle to stop it spinning or sliding out when cornering. Times like driving on icy, rain soaked roads or simply too fast into a corner. This could be anything from a blown fuse, a faulty wheel sensor or even an problem with your actual brakes.

2005 Toyota Avalon with codes p0441,p0455,p0456,p0505 and the vcs abs and traction light on?

You have a few different things coming up as these lights and codes. I'll list the code meaning below.
Did you mean the VSC light? VSC, Traction Control and ABS all refer to your braking system so get it fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
The '505' code refers to the air flow management system in the air intake manifold. The other codes refer to the EVAP system on the vehicle. This may seem a silly suggestion but check you fuel filler cap isn't loose, missing or the seal on the cap isn't damaged. The EVAP works as an air tight system and if it is leaking that is one of the most common causes, (and its a cheap repair).

P0441 = Evaporative Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow
P0455 = Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (large leak)
P0456 = Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (very small leak)
P0505 = Idle Air Control System

Toyota Avalon 1998 A/C Push Button

If when button is pushed in it stays in the AC-light lights up, then you may have another problem like a leak in the system N0/low Freon in system and AC would n't work. But if the switch doesn' t stay push in when its pushed then the switch is BAd and needs to be replace and that will solve the problem. If the switch stays push in with NO AC light on then you may have a bad Ac fuse. Good luck and thanks for using Fix Ya

Headlights and intirior lights are blinking alot...

The problem is most likely in the dimmer switch. Roll the switch back and forth to "clean out" the dirt in the switch that is causing the short. Most likely the problem will reappear from time to time, just repeat until dirt gets lodged in area that does not cause problems, lol.
