When I drive up a hill and my car has to drop gears to make it up or even on the smallest of hills when I give it enough gas to want to shift my car shakes VERY badly. If I baby the car up these hills accelerating very very slowly its less likely to happen. this doesnt happen in high gears, im pretty sure it only does it in 1st or 2nd. When it happens I can either let off the gas and go slower or I can give it more gas making it go away but doesnt feel good for the engine

Your Transmission is turning higher RPM's in the first 2 gears. If the vibration occures when atempting to load the engine you may find that one of the flywheel bolts os broken, loose, or has the bracket broken on the Torque Converter. That is the ocation of the vibration is most cases like your.
