SOURCE: Interior Lights

I would look at the swithch dor it. Its built into the dimmer switch with the headlights. Sounds like it may b on....Also could be a door pin switch no grounding like it dosnt see the door closed. If you still want to pull the fuse it shoud be the one that says inst/curt thats instrument and courtesy. Just know that you will loose your instrament panel as well as a few other iems that are powered from that fuse.

SOURCE: How to change warning light bulbs, 97 Buick Lesabre Ltd

bulbs do burn out, but the dash will have places that are not always used for all models. i.e. if your car doesn't have ABS that light will not be used. To replace the bulbs you will need to remove the instrument cluster from the dash. its not to hard to do yourself, two phillips screwdrivers and some patience

Can't turn off interior lights

Check your dashboard for the dimmer for the instrument lights and check to see if it also controls the interior lights with a switch at one extreme or the other.

If this isn't the problem, you probably have a bad door switch. You might try locating the switch plunger(s) which may be under a rubber cap on the door frame. Check all of them, one at a time, having only one door open at any time and once you know what the plunger looks like, depress the one on the open door and let it fly back into position while watching the light. Do each one several times and you may find the one causing the lights to stay on. They are not expensive and simple to replace on many cars.
