Where is the wiper module for a 2003 Buick LeSabre located

You should have a wiper fuse in the interior fuse box that you can pull to temporarily turn the wipers off. I suspect that the issue is due to a bad wiper switch which will need to be replaced.

It could be the screws are loose (at the bottom end of the wipers)
There may be a rubber cap you will need to access the screws. (Also worth checking if the wiper motor is working when wipers are not)

Other possibility, the wiper motor fuse is loose with intermittent connection - locate the fuse box and take out all fuses, inspect them for damage/burn marks and insert them firmly back.

You probably already have found it but here is a suggestion; The main fuse box is located to the left of the steering column, and there are other fuses behind the glove compartment. The relay/fuses for A/C fuel pump, etc are under the hood on the right hand side I believe.

My wipers on my 2003 Buick lesbera wouldn't stop we took fuse out then they wouldn't come back on checked all fuses and relay they still won't work

Check if there is power to the wiper module when you turn on the wipers. If there is no power to the wiper module check multifunction switch, wiring and fuse. If there is power getting to the wiper module but the wiper motor is not energized, replace the wiper module. If the wiper module is energizing the motor but the motor does not start, replace the wiper motor. The wiper module is located in front of the wiper motor, under the hood. The module is held by screws, connected to the motor, and protected by a cover.

Foolow arm coming off wiper. That's where it goes.

Behind your ignition inside the steering column, there is a plastic piece that screws to the back that has to do with your accessories. its bad or your wiper control stick also located on the steering column is bad.
