unimportant.
use 1 hand and just snug it up. not real tight , just a little pressure past the stop.
i never seen a spark plug wiggle loose, since the spark plug wire doesn't allow it to spin

I really have no clue, but, you really should have a manual for this vehicle. You can get one here:
http://www.haynes.com/products/productID/828
(one note, I don't work for this company, but I have been a mecahnic anyone that tears in to an engine without the manual for that vehicle is looking for failure...)

What are the torque specs. for the caliper mounting bolts on 06 chevy equinox 3.4 2wd

2010-2017 Equinox

FRONT brake caliper BRACKET bolts Torque is 140 FT/LB and Caliper to the bracket is only 20 FT/LB.

REAR brake caliper BRACKET bolts Torque is 92 FT/LB and Caliper to the bracket is 20 FT/LB.

Remember rear bracket torque is different so don't forget as many DIY mechs snap that rear bracket bolt.

Use Thread Lock on caliper BRACKET Bolts.
