The fuse box diagram above says you have a drivers side relay and passenger side relay. If that is correct you might try change the two relay. If the passenger side does not work after that you know the relay is bad. If the two relay are the same. It also show a relay for all the doors.

2008 Saturn Vue liftgate will not open

The endgate/liftgate can be locked or unlocked by operating either one of the front door lock switches, your's doesn't do this ?

Once the vehicle doors have been unlocked, the endgate/liftgate can be opened by using the handle mounted to the exterior of the gate. The endgate/liftgate can be locked or unlocked by operating either one of the front door lock switches, or by pressing the Lock/Unlock button on the key fob. The endgate/liftgate lock and unlock functions operate in conjunction with the rear doors.

Remove arm rest, door handle, pry from the panel snaps and pull up and out.

The rod may have come off the inside handle or latch. You will have to take off the door panel and see if its connected. Sometimes the inside handle breaks where the rod attaches. If not the latch would be faulty.

At the base of the antenna there should be a nut around the antenna rods . Undo this nut and the base will fall out inside the fender. If the nut will not come over the knob on the end of the antenna wire bit. hold the wire with a pair of multi grips and undo the knob with a pair of pliers.

It sounds like the the linkage, actuator (power locks), or the mechanism has broken or become dislodged. On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Pull back the weather seal and you should see everything and hopefully see the cause.

need to take off door inside panel and get the lock rod back on you mught need a new clip for the rod

remove the panel from the inside then reach down and move the lever with a long screwdriver
