Seat won't move forward, cant get to the rear bolts to remove seat because seat is back as far as it can go is there any way to move the seat manually

The seat is connected with 2 bolts in the front and 2 nuts in the back...which are accessible by moving the seat backwards or forwards. There is really no way to just remove the cushions while the seat is in place.
So before seat removal ... I would cut a metal coat hanger. Bend so there is at least 2 feet straight with a about a 1/8"-1/4" small 90 degree bend at the end. I would fish that down from the front with the seat fully back ... between the console and seat ... as far down as you can and try hooking the ring ... even though you can not see it ... you may hit it and can push or pull it so you can then see it. But you are correct, that it could be in the track ... in which case the coat hanger will do nothing.
Then I would remove the 2 bolts up front and loosen the rear nuts but not totally remove the nuts. You could then hopefully just tilt the seat backwards without disconnecting all the wiring harnesses....to uncover the ring. If the ring is in the track ... you may have to totally remove remove the seat.
The front bolts may not be that easy to remove due to corrosion etc on an 18 year old car.

Hello: Move seats all the way forward, raise seat up as far as it will go. Remove covers over seat tracks in rear(go through the back door on each side) remove 15mm nut or bolt on each track, pick up rear of seat far enough to release the front hooks pull seat back and lift seat out of car. Make sure you disconnect the power seat wiring after you get the seat positioned for removal. Prior to removing seat. Also disconnect the side air bag wiring (yellow) if equipped.

Remove the seat cushion retaining bolts, detach the seat cushion and remove it up and out from the vehicle.

Remove the rear seat back retaining bolts at the bottom of the seat back. Pull up then out to disengage the upper frame from the hangers and remove seat back from the vehicle.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Hello: First remove the plastic covers at the front and rear of the seat tracks (do it carefully so you don't break them) then remove the bolts in the rear (move the seat all the way forward) one on each side. It will either be a 15mm bolt head or a torx head bolt depending on what year truck (don't remember what size torx) after removing rear bolts, move seat all the way forward disconnect ALL electrical connectors, tilt seat forward to disconnect hooks in seat rail and you should beable to remove seat. On some tear models you may have to disconnect the seat belt.

1. Remove the lower seat cushion by pulling straight up on the front portion and disengaging the clips. Then hinge the seat upward to release the rear clips.

1. Remove upper rear seat back-to-chassis bolts.

1. Remove rear seat back by tilting forward and pulling straight up.
   

To install:

1. Install the lower seat cushion and torque the lower rear seat-to-chassis bolts to 15-20 ft. lbs. (21-26 Nm).
2. Install the upper rear seat back cushion and torque the upper rear seat back-to-chassis bolts to 15-20 ft. lbs. (21-26 Nm)

No, you would have to remove the seat completely any way.

Move seat all the way back, remove bolts
Move seat all the way forward, remove bolts
Tilt the seat forward to unplug any connectors

simple, remove the headrest,move the seat forward fully remove the bolts 15 or 18 mm heads that hold the rear of the seat track move the seat rearward remove the final 2 bolts holding the seat set the seat as far forward as possible and remove the seat after unplugging any electrical connectors of corse
