They have to be all checked for operation
the relay has to be checked and you may have to hold the key in the glo position for a few seconds to warm the air in the chambers
another problem ( most likely) is that the pressure for the injectors is too low ( HAS TO BE AROUND 25,000PSI) or the injectors are squirting and not atomizing
take to an accredited diesel specialist for check and injector fix
