Expect to pay around 75.00 dls. At pep boys.
Don't need to bleed, just top up with fluid and leave cap of rotate steering fully left/right a couple of times, then check fluid level with both wheels in the straight ahead position. Replace filler cap.
Nothing if you do it yourself.....remove power steering pump top......turn steering wheel all the way right slowly...then turn the steering wheel all the way left.... repeat about 5 - 6 times and top off power steering fluid...repeat if necessary..

try taking a pin and cleaning the holes on the squirters and if that does not work check the washer pump it is located on the washer fluid tank

If you live in the US, take it to qany Auto Zone store and thy will read the codes off for you, I would suspect any right thinking competitor would do the same, check if you don't have one near by.
