Your fuse most likely popped. The smoke in your mirror is probably a short. The wires to the mirrors light are very thin. They do tend to break and cause a short. Check the wires before replacing the fuse, it may cause a fire.
Without wire colors and schematics. It is hard to start anywhere. You need them. You need an OHM/VOLT meter also. Alldata and Mitchel have good wiring schematics. You get the stuff you need and post schematics, I will walk you though to fix them.
You have a SHORT CiRCUiT problem and only ur Auto Electrician can pinpoint where it is!
The wire going to ur DOME light might have splintered and touch the body ground!
The STEREO might have problem in its amplifier and power line thats why it kept blowing ur 10amp FUSE!

make sure with a digital volt meter there is at least .05 volt on that lead wire to knock sensor.Then make sure the knock sensor is grounded to it's mount.
