tail lights don't need relays as the amperage is very low. Only headlights and fog lights use relays.

ECCS stands for Electronic Concentrated Control System, and this is a known issue.

If fuses 'keep blowing', you need to find the reason why power is shorting to earth. In my view, you will need an auto-electrician.

If you have the owners manual there should be a diagram in there,,also most vehecles have a diagram on the inside cover for the fuse box.

The cigarette lighter fuse is the 3rd fuse from the left on the top row.

You may be able to get it online. I got one for a pajero. Can't remember the website but I googled fuses pajero ar something simular.

Should be fuse #7. If you look really close at the fuse panel you should notice that there are small raised numbers denoting which fuse is which.
