Replace fan switch in dash.Or may even just need connections cleaned with some wd/40. To replace switch you need to remove dash and knob's, Then you have a switch that has the wires from fan to connector. . If these are ok and clean you need to replace your blower motor, Best of luck to you.
.
You need to get the blower motor resistor replaced. This is your problem. It is located by the blower motor. There will be a connector from the blower to the resistor. The resistor controls the fan speeds when you turn the knob on the control head. The blower motor is on the passengers side under the dash.Hope this helps.Good luck.
The condition you have is cause by the "mode" door stopped in the default position. Your control switch is not telling the door to move or the door motor can't move because it is stuck or defective. A good repair shop or your local dealer will be able to fix it for you.
Good luck.
