there is an emissions sticker under your hood. that shows routing.

should be a diagram under hood look at junk yard for one or dealer they will usually print a copy for you some free

Matthew, Vacuum hose diagram should be under hood on a decal/label, on hood it self or on rad cradle usually. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

Most vehicles have a vacuum hose diagram on the plate in front of the radiator. Not sure about 2003 F-150.

that is tricky since the VTEC has a totally different system, clubintegra.com has people that know a lot about the VTEC engines, they have been able to help me with my B18C!.
