first off what computer box you talking about ? most of them will not work, the cars have to be same year, make, model, same options in order to work,

How are you going to get a fuse or relay to pay a "fine"?
There is a fault with the air bag or belt tensioner system in the car and until the problem is fixed the warning will remain.
As of now if you have an accident in the car there is every likelihood that the air bags will not deploy and/or the belt tensioner system will not work. If you want to drive around with these systems not working that is up to you but I would definitely not be doing that.
What you do to fix it is to take the car to BMW or to a BMW specialist and they will run a scan on the car with their scan equipment and see what faults codes have been generated. Then they can diagnose what the exact cause of the fault is and replace the part if it is a faulty part that is the cause of the issue.
Yes I know BMWs are complex vehicles and often expensive to fix like other German cars but if you own one you have to deal with these maintenance and repair issues.
