91 ciera noise - 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera

Noise is a sign the pump needs replaced. A repair manual (or a library with repair references) for a few dollars will have the procedure for removing the old pump.

I would say inside the throttle body

Probably the fan, but you'll have to test it to be sure. If you hook it straight to the battery and it goes slow, you'll know it's bad. You can do this from the engine compartment. The blower is in front of the passenger seat on the firewall. The purple wire side is positive. If you have questions, please let me know.

Possible bad ground or a short in the power wire to the pump

have the egr valve checked it may be sticking

Sounds like idle air control or cam position sensor. Throttle control valve(sensor)?

one shouldbe right above the engine cradle and the other look between the cradle and the transmission

Try testing the crank sensor.

The drive cable in your power antenna is broken. You should be able to unplug the motor or cut the ground wire. The motor is on the bottom of your antenna, under the fender.
