SOURCE: 2005 Buick LeSabre heated seat not working
The heated seats have relays that run them. Not quite sure where they are located but. That noise is the relay clicking on and off. They are actually pretty loud. Look for faulty connections to and from the relay and check battery power to both sides of the relay.

hello on the door locks not working could be a couple problems open the driver side door and were the door hinges are there is a small tube with wires in there that runs from the door into the side of the kick panel inside of the car these wires are your windowns locks and more now were the door open you will have to cut tube with a razr knife so you can see if any of the wires are broken now if there is no wires broken now the power door lock actuators inside the front right-and left door could be bad or the door look swiches this is not unlikey you can check this by removing the door panel you will see a rod or cable going from the door lock down the bottom of the door
now on the key not working that sounds like the door lock rods there that hooks to the lock on the inside of the door is off or one of the plastic clips that hold the rods has broken if it is not locking or unlocking your doors it is not unlikey for both sides to be broken you will have to remove the door panels to check
SOURCE: FRONT HEATED SEATS
you need to check the resistance in each of the heated seat elements in the seat. There's a two wire connector under the back of each front seat. The connector should be green. disconnect it and measure the resistance along the circuit going into the seat. if it isnt .1 - .3 ohms, replace the appropriate heated seat element

if you turn headlights on and turn key to start do you hear clicking? if so starter is possibly bad, lets trouble shoot your problem.suggest you check the fuses under hood in black box, make sure those are good. when you turn the key, you should hear at least a click or else the starter is not drawing current.try turning the headlights on and at same time turn the key and try to start, if lights go dim the starter is drawing current, does it click? if so then bad starter. if no noise at all,,still could be a bad starter.suggest that you remove the starter and have it checked out.also make sure the car is in park for sure before you do any of this. hope this helps!!
