Disable passenger airbag on 1998 Peugeot 406

Hi there should be a lock barrel somewhere in the front of the carit will be eithe rin the glove box, on the side of the dashboard on the passanger side, in the center console near the handbrake or to the lower right of thr steering wheel on the dashboard
with this you can use your car key to turn off the passanger air bag off (note- this will put the airbag light on)
