How do you add power steering pump to 95 toyota tercel

Do you need to replace an existing pump or is your car currently manual steering? If it is manual steering there will be more than just adding a pump. The actual steering rack is most likely different from a power steering unit so there would be multiple components required to convert. If your pump is faulty, you just need to disconnect the lines, remove the belt then remove the pump and install the new one. While you are doing that I would flush the old fluid out of the rack to increase life span of steering rack.

Fuel pump needs replacing. Where is it located and how should I go about it?

Like pretty much all modern fuel injected cars, your fuel pump is in the fuel tank. Many cars require removing the fuel tank from the car, but a quick search suggests there is an access panel under the rear seat that might allow fuel pump replacement with the tank still in the car.

Recommended Repairs For 150,000 Mile Mark

Replace the timing belt
Inspect the water pump for any evidence of seepage at the impeller shaft seal
Change the oil & filter
Flush the auto transmission (if it has one)
Replace the spark plugs
Replace the spark plug wires if they are older than 5 years old
Replace the air filter
Flush the cooling system, and new coolant
This pretty much covers it, some of the above items may have already been done.
Hope this helps; and Thanks for choosing FixYa.
The graciousness of a FixYa rating would be much appreciated.

4 quarts of oil with a new filter (3.79 litres)

Use genuine Toyota "red" coolant. Not a great idea to use anything other than genuine Toyota coolant. The Toyota coolant prolongs the life of the water pump impeller shaft seal. Get it at a Toyota dealer, mix it 50-50 with water.
