SOURCE: Fuel Cut off Switch on a 2005 Hyundai Accent

One of two places. Look in trunk bolted to fender well, you will have to pull back carpet. OR On passenger side kick panel under dash. Basiclly if you were sitting in pass seat it would be right next your right foot again pull back carpet.
either place the switch will be a push/reset button.

it sounds like you have a crank shaft position sensor problem do you have an obd scanner to help you retrive any codes? they sell a cheap one at oriellys or auto zone that will give you any stored codes in your computer. the sensor is either located by the crank pulley or at the bell housing of the trans.

SOURCE: On a 2005 hyundai sonata I have a no start

If you have a four cylinder, the fuel pump doesn't have a separate relay, but rather its relay is built into the ECM relay. This relay is behind the center portion of the dash bolted onto the right side support bracket there. It's powered by one of the 30A slow blow ignition fuses in the underhood fuse block.

If you have the V6, there will be two separate relays on the above referenced bracket. The fuel pump relay should be the lower one of the two. For this relay, power originates at the 20A fuel pump fuse in the underhood fuse block.

Hyundai's online schematics are an excellent tool for this task. Simply register for an account at www.hmaservice.com. When inside, go to the ETM (Electrical Troubleshooting Manual) link in service information, select your year and model and MFI fuel system. The first page will show you the relay and additional information. If you click on the connector number for a component, it will bring up a separate window, in which you can click on links at the top to show a diagram of the connector, a picture of the component/connector, and a diagram of the wire harness in the vicinity of the connector.

My Hyundai Accent 2005 CRDi cold starts perfectly, after running to few kms if i stop for a while say for 15 mins it doesn't starts at all. It require at least 1 hr to start it again.

You need to scan the ECM to see if there are any stored DTCs. Just guessing, it sounds like a bad cam or crank sensor. They can be temperamental when they get warmed up, if they are bad.

Can't siphon gas out of my 2005 hyundai accent

Almost impossible to siphon gas from todays' cars. Only way I know to do it, is to take off the filler hose from the tank. Then you could get a siphon hose into the tank.
An alternative is to pull the fuel line apart at the fuel filter, and use a jumper wire in place of the fuel pump relay. When done right, the pump will turn on and a stream of gas will come out the line at the filter. The pump relay is under the hood in the power distribution box. As you are unfamiliar with cars, you will need someone to jumper the correct terminals where the relay plugs into. If you get the wrong terminal, you could fry the engine computer. What needs to be jumped is the power feed for the fuel pump on one terminal to the terminal which has the wire going to the fuel pump in the tank. The relay has either 4 or 5 terminals depending on design. An experienced person can figure out the relay terminals to bridge or jump, based on the schematic that is on the side of the relay.

Vehicle ( Hyundai Accent ) start but quit after 10 seconds. For this problem we replaced ECM & Engine wiring Harness also fuel pump but problem was not solved pl guide

Find the fuel pump relay, connect across the contacts from B+ to the fuel pump. This will make the pump run continuously. see if the engine stays running. It may be a bad relay or a relay feed circuit which is also run the the auto shut down switch. Lee
