Yea, I'd look for a bad or partially broke wire inside the rubber boot going to the door from the body .

I have a 2001 ford Taurus, car runs good when door locks work right but when door locks doesn't work, car doesn't run right and looses power going uphill

Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? Do you know how to use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? How to do voltage drop testing ? Checking the compleat electrical circuit for the power door locks is the way to find out what your problem is . Videos on youtube showing how to do this the proper way . Looking at a wiring diagram I also see the GEM - generic electronic module is the control for power lock's . I suggest you watch this video as well Control Module Diagnostics with John Anello Mastering Voltage Drop Testing with Pete Meier and Jerry Truglia
Also you will need a factory scan tool or a professional grade , check for codes in the GEM . More then likely a lose connection , but code be a bad GEM module. Also could be a broke wire inside the rubber boot from the body to the door .

2001 Ford Taurus No Heat I am having trouble with

possibly the bled door is stuck open so only the cold air from a/c works when on defrost vs closing to allow heat to cycle through the system as defrost runs through the a/c system

I have a 1999 taurus. the rear windows , rear window defogger and rear power door locks don't work. Could there be a connection?

Yes, there could be a connection, test your Fuses.

It is also a Taurus and have numerous problems also....

you are going to need to test the systems, but I would start under the hood and test the fuses

Power windows and locks don't work on 1991 taurus but fuses are all good

do they not work only with the driver's control or at all the controls? if it's only the driver's control then you need to see if the control is getting juice. on an older car sometimes the wires that go from the body to the door (the ones with the rubber bellows between the door hinges) will break from constant flexing. or if you've got a security lock button sometimes it will jam in the locked position and won't allow any of the other controls to work.

2001 ford taurus key won't turn ignition

The steering wheel was turned when the key was removed. So when you try to turn on the key, turn the wheel one way and the other way to release the pressure on the key. The key should turn ok.
Hope this helps.

Power locks don't work

Could be a fuse. This link is a PDF of your 1999 Ford Taurus owners manual. http://www.motorcraftservice.com/pubs/content/~WOXTAU/~MUS~LEN/41/99tauog1e.pdf Go to the heading of ROADSIDE EMERGENCIES. Scroll down till you get to the fuse box location and fuse location. When finding this box in your own vehicle. On the cover there is a diagram of the fuses, on the inside of cover there is a fuse removel tool. Check all the fuses since in this manual the door locks aren't listed to a particular fuse. I own a 2001 model Taurus in which the locks are listed as #22 with a 20amp fuse. This manual shows #22 being a 5amp fuse. The door locks have to be on a fuse rated higher amperage than 5. It's fairly easy to pull each one out and check if the middle of the fuse is burned off. Hope this helps.

Hi Mike i have a 2001 olds aurora with both rear doors and windows out of commission. Seems like neither is getting any power the windows don't go up or down and my keyless remote will not unlock or...

There is a control module in each door with connectors. I have already had one where the wiring in the connector was bad. This takes some troubleshooting, but sometimes moving things around while trying to run the windows will should you where the loose connection is.
