Hi looking for torque settings for cylinder head bolts on v w golf 14i 2007

I took a wild guess that you are talking about a VW MK1, 1600. I don't know any 'mk11.6' with carburetors. Please alway state in this order, and at the head of the question.

Which bolts are you tightening? There are different torque settings depending what the bolt is being used for. A rocker cover bolt will be a much lower setting compared to a cylinder head bolt.

hi to tighten you have to do it in 4 stages as follows
1st stage 40nm leave 5 mins 2nd stage 60nm leave 5 mins 3rd stage 90 degrees leave 10 mins 4th stage 90 degrees then you are done i will try put order on here i hope this works as follows
10 4 2 6 8 front of engine back of engine 7 5 1 3 9
