Four things:
1-Window switch-replace it
2-Fuse/Relay-replace it
3-Window motor-Replace last
4-Check wiring from/through harness at the door jamb/hinge area. It's covered by conduit/tape/plastic shielding.

What is the number for Cadillic sts front window fuse? 2002 year

It's not a fuse problem , your vehicles power windows get battery voltage from a circuit breaker . They don't good bad often . You have control modules (computers ) inside both your front doors . Both of these modules have their own power supply . Pulling the door trim panel an driver door switch an check for battery voltage at the switch would be a better idea . Also hooking a factory or someother type professional scan tool an checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes in the door modules and or the BCM"S body control module system .

DR MOD PWR C/B 30 Amp circuit breaker

Power Windows Operation
The vehicle is equipped with power windows controlled by the door modules. Each passenger door window can be operated, either from a power window switch built into the driver door switch assembly (DDSA) , or, from a power window switch mounted locally on its associated door. The driver door window can be operated only from the driver door power window switch built into the DDSA.
When the driver door module (DDM) receives a driver door window switch request from the DDSA, the DDM examines the request and inspects to see if it has received any messages from any of the other vehicle modules prohibiting the movement. If no prohibitive messages have been received, the DDM then applies power and ground to the driver door window motor to move the window as requested.
When a passenger door module, passenger front door module (PDM), LH rear door module (LRDM), or RH rear door module (RRDM), receives a window switch request from, either the DDSA or the window switch mounted locally to its door, the passenger door module examines the request and inspects to see if it has received any messages from any of the other vehicle modules prohibiting the movement. If no prohibitive messages have been received, the passenger door module then applies power and ground to its associated window motor to move the window as requested.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

The following components are used to control the power windows:
• Driver Door Module (DDM)

Can I use front window motor for back window?

This is going to sound wrong, but I have been told the window motors will match but not on the same side. For some reason they are crisscrossed. The drivers front matches the passengers side rear motor. The passengers front matches the drivers rear motor.

So basically there are only 2 part numbers for the 4 motors. I was lucky enough to find the exact motor in the identical door I was having to repair on my 1994 Crown Vic. I was thinking to use the front passenger motor for the front drivers motor and thats when I learned about window motors.

2003 Elantra GSL power windows don't work.

could be the driver side master window switch... if the driver side window switch assembly is broken then the windows will not work... try using a test light to see if you got power to the with and and ohm meter to check all four switches on the drivers side
