SOURCE: heater control panel and gear shifter lights out
it should be a problem related to fuse. did u check your fuse box?
SOURCE: climate control not working
I had the same issue. It turned out to be an electrical issue with the central computer. It basically got shorted and I had to get it replaced. It ran me about 1300 to have fixed.
SOURCE: climate control switch only works on high
There is a resistor switch that controls the fan speeds. When it shorts out it defaults to high speed only. It is not too expensive and is not very hard to replace. It is located adjacent to the blower and has an electrical hook up to it.
Hope this helps.

The
shifter needs to be inspected. The shifter assembly is got misaligned, it has
to be open and realign.
There
are many other possibilities. But if it was working right up till now and
suddenly this occurred then its shifter
assembly alignment issue.
For
car not changing gears it can be shifter assembly issue, or it can also be
transmission issue. Get the shifter assembly inspected with ignition OFF.
For
more troubleshooting, I suggest you to get the Following help link checked, its
complete step by step procedure to inspect gear shift issues: -----
