I have a mercedes c230k and 0il is leaking on drive belt and front of motor it's wet and gunk down motor front need to clean to find problem will gunk hurt anything

Check the front engine seal

Floorboard is wet because the drain from the A/C Evaporator is plugged up with "gunk" Need to find the drain and clean it out.
For a 2008 the Battery has used up it's 60 month life and you need a new one

replace hose clamps on pipe fittings to resevoir bottle ,clean and recheck ,normally crimp type factiry clamps leak ,rather replace with normal screwdriver adjustable hose clamps ,should solve problem ,provide bottle not cracked

I would look at the water pump. It either that or your radiator draped out. Park it after it hot and put a box under the belt area between belt and motor and under the radiator. That should help narrow it down a bit. Hope this helps

Valve Covers, Head Gaskets, Oil Pan Seal and a number of other spots. You'll need to clean the motor with Gunk Engine cleaner and then look for the largest build ups of oil and crud to get a better idea where it is.

you should check the connection to the main board and the connections to the motor for the wipers. these sometimes become gunked up, so when you pull them apart to check them clean them with sand paper or something that can scrub them like a green scratch pad

There is a good chance your waterpump bearings failed, and your belt was getting dragged over the drive pulley. Since your engine got hot, the impeller that moves coolant could have broken, so you should investigate that. The coolant could have leaked out the weap hole on the front of the water pump.

check coolant level,check rad for leaks,hoses,water pump.

the only sure fire way to track down an oil leak is to have the engine steam cleaned or pressure washed and they drive it for a day and look for the leak, but it is likely that your leak is coming from the crankshaft front seal.
