SOURCE: 1993 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE Fuel Problem
probely a fuel filter or you would just need a tune up like spark pluges and wires
SOURCE: no power to fuel pump
What you need to do is drop the fuel tank and put a new fuel pump in it. I would drain the gas and put new gas in after you get the pump changed.
SOURCE: can't keep running
Hello, this can be a multitude of problems but I will try to give you a list to check and i'm sure you will find the problem. I would check your battery connections and make sure that they are tight and not corroded. Next, I would get your coil packs tested and see if they are working. Autozone offers free diagnostics and this will pinpoint an electrical problem for you. I would also check things like your spark plugs and wires to see if your plugs are fouled or if you if have a bad spark plug wire. You may also need to a tune up and replace your oil and air filters. Bad gas is a possibility and so can be dirty fuel injectors. I would run some injector cleaner through your system and see if that helps. This problem can range from all of the above to a bad fuel pump, I would suggest getting a professional diagnostic done on your car so the problem can be pinpointed and if you find one and do not know how to replace it yourself but you want to save some money I can guide you through the replacement of a part and if anything refer you to a Haynes or Chilton Auto Repair Manaul. I hope this information helps you in your endeavor and I wish the best of luck with this because I am sure you can fix it.
SOURCE: is there a fuel pump relay on a 1996 grand voyager
There is not a "reset switch" in Dodge vehicles, at least of that year. Look for a faulty relay. Look in your user manual. Should be in one of the distribution (fuse) boxes.

Fuel Pump relay, Fuel Pressure Regulator may be faulty. A relay can be tested with multi-tester, and a pressure tester for regulator.
