Will codes P2119,P2101,P1516 cause no spark and no start?

Engine will turn over but want start sometime i can see a spark at the begining of the cranking but it stop in a few seconds i took a spark plug out it had gas on it. also sometime when cranking after i turn the key loose the starter will keep turning for a few seconds.

    i check for powwer at the plugs with a DT-830B digital multimeter it show 12.3 voltage with key on and i also use a led light at the plugs with key on power at black and purple wire no power at pink wire. with key off power at black, purple and pink wire this is the test i use with the led light what i mean about power the lights on my tester light up when i connect it to the wires at the plugs do power supose to be at all 3 wires when key is off? where do i set the multimeter when checking the resistance on the crank sensor? hope you can help. thank you

2004 GMC Envoy SLT 4.2L the engine will crank but want start why?

P1516 = Throttle Actuator Position Performance
P2101 = Throttle Actuator "A" Control Motor Circuit Range/Performance

Both of these codes indicate a problem with your throttle position actuator system. I'm not sure how GMC/Chevy treat this, it's possible that if the PCM/ECM will not allow the engine to start if the throttle actuator is not working properly (it may cause the engine to accelerate rapidly when running). You could try replacing the throttle actuator, but that may not solve the problem if it's a wiring issue. Best to have it checked out by a qualified mechanic.

How do I fix diagnostic codes of p2101 p2119 p0172and p0368 on a saturn ls300 2004 how can I fix this please

I guess not! Rarely does a vehicle set four codes at once. Was this something that happened at the same time, or have you had a check engine light for a while and just now got driveability issues bad enough to warrant repairs? Regardless, here's what I was able to find for you.
1. The P2101 and P2119 codes may be related. They both refer to the TAC (Throttle Actuator Control) Module. The code is set if the module reports values the ECM is not expecting to see. The 2101 code basically says to replace the TAC. The 2119 codes says you could inspect the throttle plate to see if carbon buildup is preventing it from closing properly. I would do the inspection and cleaning if warranted and then see if the codes clear and stay away. Otherwise replace the TAC.
2. The P0172 is a veritable Pandora box of yuck. The code is called "Fuel Trim Rich Bank 1", which is a polite way of saying "I hope you have a fat wallet". The list of possible causes here is as long as you arm. They include:

  • Faulty front heated oxygen sensor
  • Ignition misfiring
  • Faulty fuel injectors
  • Exhaust gas leaks
  • Incorrect fuel pressure
  • Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
I am linking you to the page I researched for this code as there is a Saturn Factory Service Bulletin regarding this code.
P0172 Saturn Fuel Trim System Rich Bank 1
This may be a good starting point to try to remove this code.
3. The P0368 code suggests a bad camshaft position sensor. You should be experiencing driveability issues (stutter/stall) with this code.

check the plug going to your throttle body sometimes the small wires will visually look ok but will have break 1-4 inches from plug or in the plug itself
