What is the blue wire that plugs into the fuel pump on a 2000 Lincoln town car with a 4.6 motor

There is a pink with lite blue stripe , B+ voltage to the pump ! And a yellow with a white stripe ,this goes to the instrument cluster for fuel gauge . Pink with orange stripe and a black wire are grounds ! And there are three more for the fuel tank pressure sensor . This sensor is for evap pressure testing . GY/RD , RD/PK and the last wire is BN/WH

At the fuel pump, pink with lite blue tracer is voltage.
I looked at the fuel pump relay , there are two lite blue wires with orange tracer. I divide the relay into two sides, load side, has the arm with arrow head, that lite blue wire is voltage, you can see the fuse. The control side of relay is that coil looking symbol, that lite blue wire is ground controlled by computer.
