SOURCE: I put a new automatic gearbox and transfer case in my 80 serious Land Cruiser but it wont move when I put it in drive or reverse, what could be the problem?

this is indicative of a torque converter clutch problem
(servo/solenoid )
see as to how you just fitted the transmission I would be checking all wires and connections first
second are you sure that the unit worked before fitting it

Transfer case fluid

If the transmission is automatic then transfer case takes automatic Dexron fluid. If it is a manual transmission then transfer case takes engine oil.

What type of fluid do i use in my transfer case

If you have the manual transfer case (lever actuated), use DEXRON-III Automatic Transmission Fluid. If you have an automatic transfer case (push button actuated), you should use the fluid that GM recommends. Some owners' manuals may say to use Automatic Transfer Case Fluid (GM Part No. 12378396), which is a reddish colored fluid. GM has a new Auto Trak II Transfer Case Fluid (GM Part No. 12378508), which has a bluish color to it. The newer fluid has better friction modifiers. While your doing the job, it's a good idea to change the drain and fill plugs (GM Part No. 15032997) out too.

If i put my shift in to the drive and i accelerate the gas pedal of my land cruiser (model 1994 automatic) sometimes the power is delay. why? my transmission have a problem and what i will do?

This may be a case of your transmission slipping. This could be caused by your torque converter wearing out or your gears may also be worn out. Inspect also the fluids for your transmission, they might be just low and would need to be replaced. That would be a cheaper fix.

I cant seem to find where to top up the gearbox oil on my 83 land cruiser

I dont believe thatford ********, ---get under the cruiser half way along the gear box on the left hand side you will find a bung plug 1/2way up the gearbox that is your filler and oil just dribbleing out that hole is the level.----at the back of the gearbox but attatghed to it is the transfer case this is made of aluminium,at the back of this slight y to the left about 1/2 way up is another bung that is the filler for the transfer case and also the level ,NOW LISTEN GOOD if you havea hose conecting the gearbox ******** to the transfer ******** thats good it just means the previos owner ,.or one of them had their head screwed on . W hat happens is this, strange as it seems the transfer case oil gets forced up into the gearbox, with the end result that the gearbox gets over full and the transfer gets low on oil, what we have been doing for many years is putting a bypass hose between the two fillers and as the oil gets forced up into the gear box it gravity feeds back down into the transfer case,,,so if you cant find the bungs but you have that hose you now know what it is all about, -------please let me know if that solves your problem, I know I am right but it is nice to be told

Differetial locks for 94 land cruiser

91-97 Land Cruisers had a factory option for front and rear locking differentials. This is a seperate switch and is usually located to the left of US model Land Cruisers. The center dash button locks your transfer case differential changing your Land Cruiser from all wheel drive to four wheel drive depending if you have ABS or not this button either says ECT or Center Dif Lock. If you do not have the Front/Rear locking differential option then your Land Cruiser has open Front and Rear. Hope this answers your question.
