No idea to be honest earlier jeeps had then at the front of the wing down below as i remember ?? newer one would i imagine be in the electrical box under the bonnet near the battery

Check fuse and relay as mentions in the link. Also the BCM is involved with climate control in which case you will need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer.

full flush the coolant system yet.
test the Radiator tube for clogging, using any cheap, IR pyro temp gun? made, (ask how)
clean the leaves, and bugs out to all cores in front of car.
A/C condenser and RAD yet?
are fans working at RAD?
fill radiator to max capacity (a funnel that fits into rad.neck is great allows more capacity) run engine keeping funnel/radiator full do this until air bubbles stop coming up and the rad.cooling fan engages.DONE. make sure climate control isnt calling for ac or defrost as this will prematurally call for cooling fans
Having similar problem with an 03 Liberty. Replaced Radiator Cooling Fan Relay $82 and drill new mounting hole. Fan will not run after shutting off engine, so I'm thinking I have a bad thermostat or a bad cooling temperature sensor. Heading to the parts store now.
