I have one front air spring leaking on my 95 Lincoln continental, if I replace the bag will I have to have a SUPER STAR 2 TESTER to reinflate?

Due to the age of your Lincoln and the expense of the air bag components your best bet is to install the aftermarket coil spring conversion kit that is available for the car.

How hard is it to covert my air suspension to coil springs on my 2001 expidition

If you are mechanically handy and have the proper tools and equipment, should be no problems. Just make sure you are always keeping safety in mind.

Front air suspension not working

Or for under $400 you can buy a coil spring conversion kit from a company like
Arnott. Look for coil spring conversion kit exclusively designed for the Lincoln Mark VIII. The kit converts the entire vehicle to a reliable coil spring/strut suspension system. Also look for a kit the required no special tools and comes with detailed installation instructions.

How to convert a 2001 Range rover 4.6 HSE from Air Bags to Shock Struts & Springs. I have replaced the air ride computer and the air bags. Had installed a manual system using switches. the rear air...

This is not a difficult job for a specialist shop used to doing the conversion but doing it yourself is NOT recommended unless you have a hoist, special tools (like spring compressors) and experience of what to remove.
Do NOT go to a dealer to be ripped off. A specialist Land Rover shop will do this job for around $1000 and save you a lot of angst

94 lincoln towncar rear suspension problem

Replacing the air bags is only cheaper if that is the only problem with the vehicle (which it hardly ever is). The air bags or other parts will act like a house of cards and over work your compressor and other components within the air ride system. Converting over to coil springs is definately the way to go.. eventhough I hardly ever recommend finding safety and suspension parts at a junk yard. Springs are easy to cut corners and costs on and a cheap spring can cause catastophic results. http://www.strutmasters.com offers affordable conversion kits and provides a lifetime warranty on all the kits they sell. The springs are only made of powder coated, American made steel coils that are designed to last the lifetime of the vehicle (unlike those airbags and compressor) http://www.strutmasters.com/lincoln-town-car-suspension-s/37.htm there is a direct link if it helps anybody having these problems. There are less expensive versions out there, but you get what you pay for.
