My quantum 2.7 has no power on take off and uphills I changed the fuel pump, air flow sensor.crank sensor, oxygen sensor and vvti unit but the problem still persists. Please help

Check the valve clearances . They may need adjustment. Do a compression test to find the condition of the piston rings. Check the cam to crank timing. It may have slipped a tooth on the chain.

3zzfe vvti, engine overhauled, now have trouble idling. Engine starts but fuel get cut of after a few seconds.

run fault codes to find which sensors have not been installed correctly or are defective. Possible cam/crank position sensor faulty. It is very easy to miss a connection or incorrectly put a connection together.
