Mini ISO Relay is a TYPE of relay. Your vehicle uses 2 types of relays; Mini ISO Releays and Micro ISO Relays. They are located in several locations throughout the vehicle. I do not know what you mean by "Transmission Relay" What, exactly, are you trying to fix?

To replace the the spark plugs on the V6, you'll need to remove the intake manifold. There is a coil on top of each plug (COP). Check this website for info:
