Removal & Installation

1. Remove the tire and wheel assembly.
   
2. Support the control arm with a jack stand.
   
3. Remove or disconnect the following:
   
4. Electronic Ride Control (ELC) air tube from the shock
   
5. Two bolts securing the shock to the control arm
   
6. Trunk trim to gain access to the shock upper mounting nuts.
   
7. Cover, the two nuts, and the reinforcement from the top of the shock
   
8. Shock from the vehicle

You can make this a one man job by forcing a length of hose over the nipple on the bleeder valve (I use fish tank air hose, & heat the end in hot water so it can get it on) Place the free end in a glass jar with a few inches of brake fluid in it keeping the hose in the fluid at all times. Place the jar below the level of the wheel, on the ground. Open the bleed screw and depress the brake pedal gently a few times.Gravity will do the rest...when all air stops coming out, close the valve and repeat process with all other wheels. Do not let the master cyl run out of fluid or you will need to start all over!

The EGR Valve on this 3.8 L engine should be in front of the throttle body on the drivers side of the engine just to the right of the front valve cover. If you locate where the intake tube/duct attaches to the throttle body and then move just a few inches toward the front of the car it should sit right in that spot. It will have two bolts attaching it to the intake/tube. Hope you find it!!

its just a gestament based on my experience with the cost of submersible electric tank pumps costing around $150 so allow around 200bucks for pump & labour although some pumps are over $300

SOURCE: is there a coolant temp sensor on a 1995 buick le sabre 3800tuned port injection engine and where is it located

Its mounted on the intake manifold on the drivers side rear of water outlet.
