p0340 is a camshaft position sensor fault code..more than likely sensor is faulty..located on underside of right(pass) side cylinder head..a bolt holds sensor in place..you can get a sensor at your local dealer

the po700 code will be found in the engine controller all it means is there is a code preasent in the trans controller a good scan tool is needed to communicate with trans controller to retrieve the stored codes that specify problem

I had the same problem. I replaced the crank shaft position sensor and it solved my problem. It would stall at intersections and while under light acceleration. It also caused loss of cruise control and a stutter when at highway speeds. Replaced crank sensor and its been running solid for 5,000 miles. $125 fix self installed.

Time to get it into the dealer, unless you have the proper equipment to diagnose the problem. I won't mess with anything electrical on any vehicle.
