95 dodge ram 1500. hc. levels on emissions is 100 points too high. changed the egr. valve, p.cv valve, plugs, wires, distributer and rotary button and oil. the catalytic converter is less than a year old....
If our car is burning oil it could be from worn rings.

What would make 2005 dodge ram 1500 hemi 5.7L v8 . its bogging down when driving .i changed the cam sensor and it still does it
Could be a long list of things, including low fuel pressure, throttle position sensor, EGR valve, dirty air filter, and so on.
Is the check engine light on ?
Does it feel like it is lacking fuel, or air ? Is it not downshifting when it should ?

I cant locate the egr valve on a 1998 Dodge ram 1500 5.2 L
An EGR valve assembly located at the front of the intake manifold. The EGR valve is a poppet style valve (on/off only) and is controlled by an internal diaphragm.

Egr valve location for 1996 dodge ram 1500 5.2 v8?
it should be behind intake just above the bellhousing, hard to reach, easiest from the bottom, if not there follow tubes from exaust manifold they connect to egr valve

Does 95 5.2 dodge 1500 SCR5288GBEA have an egr hole at rear of engine ?
seems they should have been able to tell you at dodge by vin when you called.
the egr valve is mounted at rear of intake.Do you know what one looks like? you will have to look back there and see if it has one would be directly behind throttle body
