SOURCE: low speed fan relay for the 2005 chrysler town and country
If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

around 450 dollars. It varies from dealership to dealership. Call around and get a basic qoute as most shops will tell you that they need to see the vehicle to be able to give u a better quote. Most items replaced would be the coolant, thermostat, water pump, hoses(most will if the hoses are really "soft"), and all associated gaskets.

encrypted software ,dealer only----yes i know you are showing a reading but it doesnt mean anything or if it does it shows a different code .so your snap on or mac tools scanner is a waste of time and money.Nearly all new motors from 2005 are using encrypted software to stop general mechanics like me from working
SOURCE: 2005 Chrysler Town & Country. Passenger side window problem.
HAVEK 1005 sounds right on track.... but also try this, usually works well for non functional power windows, specially Caravans.
NO COST PROCEDURE TO FIX IT:
1. Sit in vehicle, on seat next to problematic window
2. Ignition key is on
3. Door in question is opened (in case you closed it)
4. While door is open, press and hold power window button in desired window travel, keep button pressed !!
5. SLAM hard the door closed with one hand while other hand holds button as per #4.
6. Watch window operate as it should.
7. Repeat 3-6 if necessary, but usually the first try works!
NOW, for the naysayers that says you must replace power window motors etc, at $$$ cost because the above fix does not work, or is not long lasting fix, or less than a "professional fix".... Well then, when the window fails to operate again, apply same fix again at that time.
I have fixed my van this way numerous times (usually once a year), and to all local friends I recommend this fix too, likewise do the same and are happy with the solution.
SOURCE: how to replace a thermostat in a 2005 chrysler
First of all drain the antifreeze by disconnecting the coolant hose.
On the driver side of the engine, there is a radiator hose that connects to the engine just under the wires for the spark plugs. There are two bolts. Remove the bolts and pull off the hose. Some coolant will leak. Remove the old thermostat and gasket. Note how the thermostat is oriented so you can replace the same way.Now after the new thermostat is placed, follow this procedure:--Remove the radiator cap and start up the engine. You have to wait for it to become hot for the thermostat to open up and circulate the coolant. Add additional coolant to the radiator. After it is circulating, re-fit the radiator cap and see if the temperature gauge is rising as expected.
