Check the clutch starter safety switch, this is the switch that stops the car from starting if the clutch is not depressed. The switch is activated by the clutch pedal arm.

SOURCE: I went to start my
probably not sounds like either a dead or weak battery or bad connections on the battery posts. first take battery cables loose clean terminals and hook back up hopefully then it will start. or use jumper cables and see if it will jump start. if it jump starts then you no its not starter.if it doesnt jump stsrt then clean posts and cable ends and try again. hope this helps. best of luck

Had starter tested, and it's fine. When you try starting it, everything comes on, but ignition makes no noise at all.
I did say the starter I said the start cutout switch.
OK he did the safety/cutout switch while I was standing there, and still didn't start. You can't jump it, but it does start pushing and popping clutch.
