check the actuator motor on the heater. It is on the bottom of the heater inside mounted to the heater box. The motor moves the arms on the heater doors and directs the heat.
You can tow your MKX behind your motor home. I've been doing it for years. Your owners manual tells you how to do it. You must tow it by all wheels up or all wheels down. You can not use a tow dolly. Make certain that you get a good tow bar system and have it installed. It took them a day to install mine. But I feel safe towing it.

ANY of the discs on that page will work for you. The disc that originally came with your MKX is the "2007 release" so anything with a newer year will act as an update to your MKX navigation system.
the range switch on the trans maybe bad. its usually right twhere the linkage attaches from the shifter to the trans. But I would recommend a garage that does FORD work to ck it for you. You could guess and replace a lot of uneeded parts.
