The blend door for the passenger side is not connected right or functioning correctly. Try seeing if the dial on the armrest on the passenger side is not rotated one way or the other too much.
Remove the interior door cover and you should be able to access the nuts that hold the mirror in place. Remove the nuts and old mirror than install the new one and replace the cover.
try to look at stress point on door by handle normally two screws and under neath panel to screws also disconnect side panel for side mirror door of using panel popper
