I'd probably check the wiring harness on hinge side of driver door. There is probably a protective rubber boot covering, pull the boot back to see wire colors. Look at wiring diagram for your power windows, check the proper wire colors for voltage and ground.
If you want me to try to post wiring diagram, I need year--make--model?
Your owners manual may show you which fuse and/or relay controls the power windows.

All 4 of my power windows stopped working, and i can't find anything about a power window fuse in my manual

Power window usually don't have a fuse but an automatically resetting breaker. If all four windows stopped working at the same time check the body control module that is what manages the power windows. Good luck.

Low beam lights wont come on

First thing to do, is checking your fuse, then if fuse are ok, then check the relay, located under the hood by swtiching around with another relay of correct relay specs. If it works, then replace your relay, if not, check that relay if it works with another relay spot such as windows, and test the windows. If it is not the relay, then it could be your headlight lamps that is bad, check your rear tail lights to see if it comes on when you turn your headlights on, If the tail lights come on, then it is a good possibilty with the headlamps since the sorento are known to blow through head light bulb light crazy. I mean crazy. So maybe replace one side see if that would work, to really know for sure it's a headlight issue.

Windows will not open or close, any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

First check the power window relay in the engine compartment fuse box near your battery. It is slot 37. Try wiggling it and then trying your windows. If that doesn't work, remove and insert the relay and try your window. If it still does not work replace the relay. Normally it makes a clicking sound when you use power windows. Some cars have circuit breakers there instead of relays so just swtich it back on.

If that doesn't work you will need to clean or replace the switches. Pry on the switch bank with a screwdriver on the top and bottom edges. This should lift up all the switches and the housing underneath. There are 3 wiring harness connectors. Label which goes with the circuit board connectors. Now clean the switches using contact cleaner and reinstall. If it doesn't work then replace the switch bank at the dealer. It is a common replacement item for the 1995 Volvo 850.

Rear brake lights do not work. We replaced the bulbs and the brake lights come on but do not illuminate when you depress the brake pedal. The brake light located in the rear window does work.

check your fuses, relays swap then for a test, also go under your driver dashboard and check the stop light switch, those switches move and stop your signal to your lights. have someone stand behind the car and with your finger push the switch/theres two types of swtiches one that goes out and other that goes, or simply remove the harness/connector and put a jumper wire and check your lights. let me know or send me a feedback please thanks

My windows stopped working on my '97 saturn sl2. I have checked the relay switch and it was ok. I changed out the relay switch and still nothing. There is no fuse under the hood. Any ideas on what to do?

There IS a fuse under the hood...the green 30A big boy labeled power/convenience. Use a multimeter to check power coming into the relay...if it's not there probably the fuse. If it is there, could be the switches.

If it's the fuse, go to a junkyard and get one cheap. But then, they're pretty cheap new too.

If the fuse is good it may be the window motor or the swtich itself. hope this helps.
