Where do you find A BCM fuse ? I have factory service info for this vehicle an do not see a BCM or BCM fuse anywhere ! I see lock an unlock door relays in the I/P junction box . I don't see one on diagrams at http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams . If there is one it would be on the drivers side under the dash behind the left kick panel .
fuse box is on the right passenger side that slips off. I believe the lighter fuses is the yellow 20a fuse, You can spot irt it's the only yellow fuse there is a diagram on the inside of the panel
There are two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one in the forward part of the center counsel the cover for the under the hood on the inside has what the fuse is for, the one on the counsel has info printed on the inside. more detailed info can be found i9n the owners manual or the service manual
i dont think the ion was made in 2000, they started making them in 2003, heres a diagram of a 2003 ion fuse box and the wiper fuse location.hope this helps,
